01 The firm

A private commodity house, built for reliability.

Reliabilite is a Lithuanian private limited liability company, operating from Vilnius under European Union commercial law. We were established in August 2021 to do one thing well — connect producers, refiners and end-buyers across the commodity stack with discipline and discretion.

We trade across the categories that matter: from everyday agricultural staples and consumer beverage brands through to the base metals, rare earths and precious metals that underpin industrial production, the energy transition and the modern electronics supply chain.

Our value to clients is not volume — it is structure: clean documentation, transparent provenance, and trading relationships that hold up to scrutiny by banks, regulators and end-users alike.

Capabilities

Six categories. Every layer of the supply chain.

03 Why Reliabilite

Trading should be the
easy part of your transaction.

Clients choose us because we make the boring parts — documentation, compliance, escrow, logistics — look effortless. Everything around the deal is what we get right.

Pallet inspection and documentation

EU-registered legal entity

Private Limited Liability Company (UAB) under Lithuanian law, registry code 305868338. KYC, AML and beneficial-owner transparency built in from day one.

Bank-grade trade finance

Comfortable with letters of credit, SBLC, CAD and escrow structures. We work alongside your bank’s documentary checks rather than against them — your finance team will recognise our paperwork.

Efficient decision-making

Decisions are made and signed by a single Director. No committees, no delay — fast, accountable answers on every deal.

Cross-category coverage

Six commodity categories, one trading desk: food, soft commodities, base metals, rare earths, precious metals, and beverages.

05 FAQ

What buyers usually ask before placing an enquiry.

If your question isn’t covered here, open an enquiry — we answer within one business day.

01 Where does Reliabilite source from?
We source physical commodities from established producers and refiners worldwide — base metals from LME-linked smelters, rare earths and critical minerals from accredited African and Asian origins, precious metals from LBMA-good-delivery refiners, soft commodities from major origination hubs (Latin America, West Africa, Southeast Asia, Eastern Europe). Provenance is documented for every parcel.
02 Which trade-finance instruments do you work with?
Letters of credit (irrevocable LC, confirmed LC, transferable LC), Standby Letters of Credit (SBLC), Cash Against Documents (CAD), escrow accounts, and bank-to-bank documentary collections. Our paperwork is structured to pass routine documentary checks at major EU, UK, US, GCC and Asian banks without renegotiation.
03 What are typical minimum parcel sizes?
Parcel sizes depend on commodity, origin and Incoterm. Base metals start from one full LME warrant; precious metals from a single LBMA-good-delivery bar; grains and softs from one container or one breakbulk lot. We will quote any volume on RFQ — minimums are commercial, not policy.
04 Is Reliabilite EU-sanctions and AML compliant?
Yes. UAB Reliabilite trading and consulting is registered with the Lithuanian Register of Legal Entities (code 305868338). No restrictions on activities and no international sanctions are recorded on the legal entity. KYC, AML and beneficial-owner transparency are built in from day one and are available to bank compliance teams on request.
05 What Incoterms and payment terms do you offer?
Common Incoterms: FOB, CIF, CFR, CIP and DAP. For precious metals we typically work EXW or FCA from refinery. Payment is per RFQ — typical structures are LC at sight, LC with deferred payment, CAD, or escrow release against bill of lading. Anything unusual can be negotiated against the documentary structure your bank prefers.
04 Contact
